WCCC, P.O. Box 426, Joseph OR 97846 The Wallowa County Cultural Coalition(WCCC) promotes the arts, humanities, and heritage. In 2001, the Oregon Cultural Trust, under direction of the Oregon Legislature, asked all counties and confederated tribes to submit Cultural Plans to the State, so that grant money could be awarded to each coalition then distributed on the local level. The number one priority of the Wallowa County Cultural Plan is the creation of a flexible directory of the people, organizations, and events that make up the cultural landscape of the county. Rather than an easily outdated hardcopy directory, the Wallowa County Cultural Planning Committee (now the Coalition) decided to place the Directory on wallowa.net. If you or your organization would like to be included in this Directory, please acquire a password, then fill in the necessary information. You must be a Wallowa County resident, organization, or event to be included. The complete Wallowa County Cultural Plan can be found at Wallowa, Lostine, Enterprise, and Joseph libraries.
