The Wallowa County Cultural Coalition has approximately $4,500 available for grants supporting, the Arts, Humanities, Heritage and Cultural and Eco-tourism in Wallowa County.
Individual artists, art, culture and heritage organizations are eligible to apply.
Grant applications may be requested by e-mail from janet.pulsifer@gmail.com or by regular mail from the WCCC at PO Box 426 Joseph OR 97846.
Most grants will be around $200 to $500 with a maximum of $1,000.
Grant applications must be signed and mailed (not e-mailed or faxed) with a postmark by March 16th , 2009. All recipients of grants must provide a report of activities and how the money was spent. The Wallowa County Cultural Trust will meet April 3rd to review grant applications and make decisions.
